Yes the above statement is correct. You can leave in your last bequest items or contributions to the ELDCPS. Our Society is a Non Profit 501(c)3 which means you are allowed to leave charitable contributions from your estate to our organization. ELDCPS will accept cash, railroad related items or items with prior permission of the officers. The ELDCPS can even be a beneficiary on a life insurance policy.
